Fees for services are set out in the applicable proposal or agreement. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are due within 14 days of issue. Late payments may incur interest and may result in suspension of services until the balance is settled.

Final deliverables produced under a client engagement become the client's property upon full payment, except for any pre-existing components or third-party assets, which remain governed by their respective licenses.
